Terms of use

Tamraght Forum is a community website for Tamraght and the coast around it. By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms, the Community guidelines and the Privacy policy.

1. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• One person per account. Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Artist, business and organisation accounts are checked by moderators before their page goes live. Verification only confirms that the account appears genuine: it is not an endorsement or a guarantee of quality.

2. What you post

• You are responsible for everything you publish: topics, replies, photos, events, offers, polls, listings and profile pages. It must be lawful, honest and yours to share.
• You keep ownership of your content. Artists keep all rights to their work. By posting, you give the publisher a free, non-exclusive licence to host, display and format it on the site (and in its notifications) for as long as it is online.
• If you delete your account, your profile page, events and account data are deleted; your forum posts and replies stay online, signed “Former member”, so conversations remain readable. You can delete individual posts before deleting your account.

3. Community alerts

Alerts are first-hand accounts by members, reviewed by moderators before publication. They are not verified facts and do not establish that anyone did something wrong. Do not publish personal details of private individuals. In an emergency, call the authorities first.

4. Deals between members

For-sale listings, lost & found, ride shares, meetups and events are arranged directly between members. The publisher is not a party to these arrangements and gives no guarantee about people, items or services. Ride shares must be free or cost-sharing only: carrying passengers for profit without a licence is illegal in Morocco. Selling items whose sale is prohibited in Morocco is forbidden.

5. Business offers

Verified businesses and organisations may publish offers. The business alone is responsible for the offer, its conditions and honouring it, in line with consumer law (including Moroccan Law 31-08 on consumer protection).

6. Moderation

Moderators may edit, hide or remove content, close discussions and suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, without notice when necessary. Use the “Report” button to flag a problem. You can ask for a decision to be reviewed by contacting us.

7. Practical information

Weather, surf, tides, prayer times, exchange rates, pharmacy details and emergency numbers are provided for information only, from third-party sources or calculations, and may be inaccurate or out of date. They are not safety advice: always check conditions and official sources yourself.

8. Liability

The site is provided “as is”, free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for content posted by members, for arrangements made between members, for external websites linked from the site, or for interruptions, errors or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard (“Your data”). We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version and important changes will be announced on the site. These terms are governed by Moroccan law; disputes fall under the competent courts of Agadir, unless mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.
